FINANCE <br /> • Dorothy and Marge are continuing to review all the customer data, provided by <br /> WaterPro when the meter exchanges took place, to help insure that all <br /> information is correct for the first quarter billing. They are both looking forward to <br /> the long weekend. <br /> • Kitty has processed accounts payable this week and attended the Safety <br /> Committee meeting. She also distributed information on the new health insurance <br /> rates this year. Open enrollment is going on now, if anyone wants to change <br /> companies this is your chance. <br /> • I enjoyed my long weekend.in Milwaukee with my son, Eric and our future <br /> daughter-in-law. This weekend my son, Patrick is flying home for Easter. I have <br /> continued to work on projects for the auditors and insurance agents. <br /> Mary T. <br /> • <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> • SEH is performing a survey and soil borings, April 3, on Bronson Drive for the tentative <br /> reconstruction project. <br /> • Numerous staff members attended a Loss Control workshop and a Traffic Control seminar <br /> this week: <br /> • Staff is continuing negotiations with SBA and APT regarding the leasing of space for <br /> antennas on the water tower. <br /> • Mark is continuing to work on the used oil burning heaters. Thank you to the school <br /> district for loaning us their lift. <br /> • The Streets Department continues to patch the roads. <br />
