(TPG) would be pleased to conduct <br /> exit interviews for the last two City Administrators. <br /> The key to obtaining "real' feedback from past employees is to guarantee confidentiality. A third <br /> party firm, such as ours, will assure both individuals anonymity in the written report. <br /> . Our exit interview process will, in this situation, be conducted over the telephone.
