He assumed the day today operational and second in command <br /> duties formally held by Mike Ulrich prior to his promotion to Public Works <br /> Director. At that time, it was discussed that his position would be re- <br /> evaluated at the end of 1995 and consideration given to a -position) <br /> designation as Public Works Foreman. <br /> For the past year, Tim has performed the second in command duties with more <br /> than satisfactory results. He is organized, available, knowledgeable and <br /> • <br /> is able to supervise the multi-functions of the public works department in <br /> Mike Ulrich's absence. It is recommended that Tim Pittman's position. of <br /> Public Works leadperson be properly classified to Public Works Foreman.
