He assumed the day today operational and second in command duties formally held by Mike Ulrich prior to his promotion to Public Works Director. At that time, it was discussed that his position would be re- evaluated at the end of 1995 and consideration given to a -position) designation as Public Works Foreman. For the past year, Tim has performed the second in command duties with more than satisfactory results. He is organized, available, knowledgeable and • is able to supervise the multi-functions of the public works department in Mike Ulrich's absence. It is recommended that Tim Pittman's position. of Public Works leadperson be properly classified to Public Works Foreman.
