City staff held <br /> a congratulatory reception for the new bride and groom on Tuesday, February 21st. <br /> Michele and Jack will be living in Forest Lake. <br /> • I assissted Cathy Bennett in researching information on the background of the Bel-Rae <br /> Ballroom. <br /> Paul <br /> ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING <br /> Auto Central Site <br /> • I talked with Norwest Bank regarding the procedures for purchase of the Auto Central <br /> site. The property is scheduled for sheriff sale on April 5th (originally he told me March <br /> 5th) at Ramsey County Court House. If the City purchases the note, we would still be <br /> required to make a bid at the sheriff sale. If someone bids higher then we could get our <br /> money back. If the bid is awarded to us, there is still a 6 month redemption period where <br /> Mullins could come current on the note and regain the property.
