The City received the "Certificate of <br /> Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting" for 1994 and Moody's gave the City <br /> of Mounds View an "A" rating. This wonderful warm weather is giving them results! <br /> • Waterpro gave us a list of(94)property owners that HAVE NOT had the PhonRead System <br /> installed.
