Housing Plans over 12 <br /> months old may be acceptable provided the information is still valid. and the <br /> Plan is updated with appropriate attachments and comments. <br /> IV. -PROGRAM SPECIFICS <br /> A. How does your first-time home buyer program fit into your comprehensive <br /> housing plan? <br /> B. List the borrower income limits. (See the attached cover letter for <br /> limitations.) <br /> C. List the home purchase price limits. (See the attached cover letter for <br /> limitations.) <br /> D. Identify targeting of specific population groups, if any (e.g., minorities, the <br /> disabled, business employees, etc.). <br /> E. Identify targeting of area or housing stock, if any (e.g., rehab areas, new <br /> construction developments, etc.). <br /> F. Describe any optional program enhancements such as subsidy funds, <br /> • waive:: fees, use of tax-forfeit properties, etc. <br /> G. Describe anyproposed P P d schedule for release of funds (whetherimmediate, <br /> delayed, or on a proportional/divided.basis). <br /> H. Amount of funds requested, and the estimated number of loans to be <br /> provided. If preferred, state "maximum allowable" (by population formula). <br /> 1. If desired, specify the minimum allocation needed for your 1996 program. If <br /> the new per capita allocation formula does not provide this level, MHFA will <br /> contact you regarding cancellation of your application. <br /> J. Information on any unused mortgage revenue bond (MRS) or mortgage <br /> credit certificate (MCC) resources still available in your community (non- <br /> MHFA). <br /> K. Identify which marketing option your city will use (either accessing MHFA <br /> marketing support or developing independent marketing). <br /> L. Self-issuing cities must provide the following information concerning <br /> their 1995 allocations as of January 31, 1996: 1.
