BERGMAN <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> On February 7, 1996, the Mounds View Planning Commission review this request and recommended <br /> changes in the language regarding Section 1005.07, Subd. 5 (see strike out), and requested that for every <br /> Administrative Offense (A/O) issued and the City wins the case in court, an additional $100 will be charged <br /> to the next year's registration fee. Currently, the Court charges a fine to the property owner; however, the <br /> A/O is thrown out of court and the City does not recoup its costs. After conferring with the City Attorney, <br /> we would not be allowed to do this because it would be considered an overruling of the Courts decision. <br /> T <br /> iCi v'L! <br />
