Dorothy is planning to send out the 4th quarter utility billing next week. She said that even <br /> though the first billing under the new system has taken longer then she had wanted, she is now <br /> comfortable with the system. She has been working with Waterpro, Computerservice, and the <br /> citizens to help the billing go smoothly. <br /> I have been filling out reports this week, both for different levels of government and the bond <br /> agency. The 1099's went out this week. I have attended training this week to improve both <br /> people and computer skills. Now all I have to do is practice, practice, practice. Hope to practice <br /> next week in warmer weather. <br /> Mary T. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> * On Friday, January 19, Gary became a Grandpa for the 2nd time! Brandon Gary weighed <br /> in at an eight pounds. On January 30, Wally became a Grandpa for the 13th time! Lee is <br /> the 4th boy Grandchild. Congrats to both Grandpa's and their families. <br /> * Tim and Patty Fredberg are expecting another addition to their family. Come August, Eric <br /> will be a proud big brother. <br /> * Larry and Wally attended a Wastewater Collections Seminar, January 24, 25 and 26. <br /> They were invited to speak at next years' seminar regarding sewer cleaning. <br /> * We've had many inquiries from residents regarding the conditions of our roads. We <br /> explain why they are in this condition and why we can't scrape the roads. (Chemicals can <br /> only do so much in this cold.) Hopefully they understand. <br /> Tracy Juell <br />
