BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the Economic Development Authority <br /> 11 direct the Interim City Administrator to: <br /> 1.) Prepare a proposal for the purchase of the BelRae facility, land and furnishings <br /> not to exceed $750,000.00, excluding administrative costs, with the City of Mounds View <br /> Economic Development Authority taking possession on or about July 1, 1996. The <br /> $750,000.00 to come from Tax Increment Funds and/or revenue bonds; and <br /> 2.) Contact the Superintendent of School District 621 regarding the joint use of the <br /> BelRae Ballroom Facility; and <br /> 3.) Contact other social service deliverers such as Northwest Youth and Family <br /> Services, County Health Department, etc for the purpose of locating services in Mounds <br /> View as a satellite facility; and <br /> 4.) Begin administrative step toward the purchase and occupancy of the BelRae <br /> Ballroom facility by the City of Mounds View Economic Development Authority for use <br /> as a Community Center. <br /> Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Mounds View Economic Development <br /> Authority on this 5th day of February, 1996. <br /> 1111 Commissioner moved the adoption of the foregoing <br /> resolution, which motion was duly seconded by Commissioner , and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> ATTEST: <br /> President <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Executive Director <br /> •• <br />
