RESOLUTION NO. 4887 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE POSITION TO FULL-TIME STATUS <br /> WHEREAS, the Administrative Aide position reclassification has been discussed significantly <br /> during the course of the 1996 Budget process; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lynnette Morgan has worked with the City of Mounds View on a part-time basis <br /> since January 1990. <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan's performance as Administrative Aide has been excellent ; and <br /> WHEREAS, her knowledge of municipal government and Mounds View operations will assist in <br /> Mounds View's efficiency. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby reclassify the <br /> position of Administrative Aide from part-time status to full-times status effective January 1, • <br /> 1996 with the following 5 Step compensation plan: <br /> Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 <br /> 2,080 2,210 2,234 2,470 2,600 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lynnette Morgan commence her new reclassification at Step <br /> 1, effective January 1, 1996 and advance through the Step Plan according to City policy. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1996 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jerry Linke Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Paul Harrington Interim City Administrator <br /> • <br />
