RESOLUTION NO. 4889 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITIZEN TASK FORCE TO SELECT <br /> A DESIGN FOR THE HIGHWAY 10 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View was awarded a grant by the <br /> Transportation Advisory Board of the Metropolitan Council in 1994 to construct a <br /> pedestrian bridge over Highway 10, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has awarded a contract to BRW, Inc. to <br /> perform the engineering and design work for the pedestrian bridge, and <br /> WHEREAS, the contract with BRW, Inc. allows for meetings with a citizen task <br /> force to select a community-supported design for the pedestrian bridge, and <br /> WHEREAS, the following individuals have shown an interest in serving their <br /> community by serving on the Pedestrian Bridge Citizen Task Force. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> 1111 <br /> Mounds View does hereby appoint the following persons to serve on the Pedestrian <br /> Bridge Citizen Task Force: <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1996. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Interim City Administrator <br /> • <br />
