Consideration of Amendment to Resolution No. 4846, Authorizing the <br /> Purchase of Software Upgrades. <br /> Mr. Harrington explained that at the November 13, 1995 meeting, Resolution 4846 <br /> was passed, authorizing the purchase of computer software upgrades for city <br /> personnel. The amount of the upgrades was not to exceed $4,600. He stated the bill <br /> for the upgrades came in $320.30 higher than the approved amount due to taxes <br /> which were not included in the original invoice as well as the city purchasing an extra <br /> set of diskettes to ease the installation process.
