ITEM 8.B <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4875 <br /> • <br /> • CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FALLING <br /> ON LEGAL HOLIDAYS <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 105 of the Municipal Code provides for regular meetings <br /> of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the second and fourth Mondays of each <br /> month; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 105 of the Municipal Code states that agenda meetings of <br /> the Mounds View City Council may be held on the first Monday of each month; and <br /> WHEREAS, certain Mondays in 1996 are dates recognized as legal holidays, <br /> thus prohibiting an official meeting of the Mounds View City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City Council to reschedule <br /> those meetings in conflict with legal holidays; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City Council to reschedule <br /> meetings which may represent schedule conflicts. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View that the following meeting dates are rescheduled as shown: <br /> Original Date Rescheduled Date <br /> May 27, 1996 May 28, 1996 <br /> September 2, 1996 (Work Session) September 3, 1996 <br /> September 23, 1996 September 24, 1996 <br /> November 11, 1996 November 12, 1996 <br /> Adopted this 19th day of December, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Interim City Administrator <br /> • <br />
