PRIORITY USE OF RAMSEY.COUNTY COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC41, <br /> DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FUNDS (CDBG AND HOME) <br /> This section requests information that will assist in setting the department's countywide funding <br /> priorities. The following list includes eligible types of projects that have been identified in <br /> discussions with municipal staff. Please rank the items on the list by the level of priority that <br /> should be given to the type of project in the County Community and Economic Development <br /> Department's funding process. Assume that a project already meets the national objective and <br /> goal cluster criteria before it is considered funding. <br /> Indicate the top 5 types of projects that should addressed by the Community and Economic <br /> Development Department. Indicate the highest priority with a"1"followed by the next highest <br /> with a"2" and so forth. <br /> 3 Rehabilitation of owner occupied property (this includes energy conservation activities) <br /> 1 Rehabilitation of rental property(this includes energy conservation activities) <br /> 5 Home ownership opportunities <br /> 7 Removal of dilapidated structures/site redevelopment • <br /> h Job creation opportunities <br /> 4 Provision of social services <br /> 8 New construction of housing units (multi-family rental or single family home ownership) <br /> Very low and low income neighborhood revitalization (Rehabilitation in Mfg.
