Potential Community Center <br /> • Revenue Activities <br /> Through Facility Rental Charges <br /> • LONG TERM LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH VARIOUS SERVICES INCLUDING <br /> CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION. <br /> • MEETINGS: SUCH AS UNION MEETINGS, BUSINESS/COMPANY MEETINGS, <br /> TRAINING WORKSHOPS, BUSINESS CONFERENCES. <br /> • SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS: SUCH AS DANCE GROUPS, MUSIC GROUPS, <br /> FIREMAN'S BALL, ETC. <br /> • RECEPTIONS: INCLUDING WEDDING RECEPTIONS, REUNIONS, ANNIVERSA- <br /> RIES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ETC. <br /> • GYMNASIUM RENTALS AND TOURNAMENTS <br /> • • RECITALS: INCLUDING DANCE AND MUSIC RECITALS <br /> • EXHIBITION AND TRADE SHOWS: SUCH AS CRAFT SHOWS, ATHLETIC CARD <br /> TRADE SHOWS, ANTIQUE COLLECTIONS, ETC. <br /> It is assumed that above activities would require rental fees including security <br /> deposits, special fees for various service options including clean-up, set-up, <br /> security police, etc. which have already been established through a rental <br /> agreement. <br /> Revenues from facility rentals would help provide funding to off-set opera- <br /> tion costs of the Community Center. <br /> I <br />
