Whore possible, I have also provided you with the earliest dates on which these steps can be <br /> completed. The timeline can of course be extended to meet the City's and EDA's needs,ac lung <br /> as the steps arc conpI ted in the proper order and public notice requirements are followed. IT <br /> necessary, the timeline.can also be shortened, although that would require waiver of notice by <br /> the County,the School Board,and the appropriate County Commissioner. The Council's January <br /> 13, 1997 resolution calls for stair to adhere to the statutory notice•requirements, however, and <br /> it is perhaps therefore more appropriate not to shorten the notice periods provided to the these <br /> • entities. We can draft the necessary resolutions,public notice and commissioner letter for you, <br /> if requested, and forward them under separate cover. <br /> . <br /> January 13 The City Council adopts a Resolution authorizing City staff'to telco the <br /> • steps necessary to create the TZF District. • <br /> January 15 . The TIF Plan,which should include an estimate of the fiscal and economic <br /> • <br /> impacts of the TIP District, should be forwarded to the City Council, the <br /> City Planning Department, the School Board, and the County Board of <br /> Commissioners, in addition to the EDA.
