RESOLUTION NO. 5074 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR <br /> DIANE CLYNE, RECEPTIONIST/SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR <br /> WHEREAS, Diane Clyne has been a full-time employee for the City of Mounds View in the <br /> capacity of Receptionist/Switchboard Operator since July 24, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Clyne's work performance has met the responsibilities of Receptionist/ <br /> Switchboard Operator as outlined in the job description; and <br /> WHEREAS,her work performance has been determined to be satisfactorily; and <br /> WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's 5 Step Compensation Policy is <br /> recommended. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve <br /> a step adjustment for Diane Clyne from $1,576.80/mo.to$1,675.35/mo. effective January 24, 1997. <br /> Presented this 13th day of January, 1997 <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator Chuck Whiting <br /> 41110 <br />
