The tower and equipment building shall be <br /> landscaped and surrounded by an 8 foot fence. The landscaping shall consist of a mix of evergreens and <br /> ornamental deciduous trees at a ratio of 4 evergreens per each deciduous tree. <br /> Towers shall be of a monopole construction unless a variance is granted by the Board of Adjustment and <br /> Appeals. Towers shall be constructed or treated with a corrosive resistant material and be a neutral color. No <br /> towers shall have lights, unless the tower serves a dual use as a light standard. <br /> Co-location upon another provider's tower is required whenever possible. Tower owners shall not build a <br /> tower using the 20-foot height bonus in speculation of securing a co-locator. The height bonus is awarded <br /> only with proff of a signed lease agreement between the tower owner and co-locator. Setbacks for towers <br /> area a minimum of 30 feet from any property line or public right-of-way. Accessory utility buildings shall be <br /> shared when possible. <br /> This ordinance also updates the individual sections of the Zoning Code related to permitted and conditional <br /> uses per applicable zoning district.
