MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> IliRESOLUTION NO. 488-96 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br /> LARRY BEACH,REPRESENTING PROPERTY OWNERS OF <br /> 7532 AND 7540 SILVER LAKE ROAD, <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE 466-96 <br /> WHEREAS,Mr. Larry Beach, representing property owners of 7532 and 7540 Silver Lake <br /> Road(Lot Y and Lot X, respectively), has requested approval of a minor subdivision that will <br /> remove the north 12.5 feet from Lot Y and combine same 12.5 feet with Lot X; and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of 7532 Silver Lake Road is currently(prior to the <br /> proposed subdivision)as follows: <br /> THE NORTH 75 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11, SPRING LAKE PARK <br /> KNOLLS,RAMSEY COUNTY,MINNESOTA. SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE AND <br /> III UTILITY EASEMENTS OVER THE NORTH 5 FEET,EAST 10 FEET, AND WEST 38 <br /> FEET THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of 7540 Silver Lake Road is currently(prior to the <br /> proposed subdivision)as follows: <br /> ALL THAT PART OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1,DAILY KNOLLS, RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY,MINNESOTA, LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH 50 FEET THEREOF. <br /> SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS OVER THE WEST 30 FEET <br /> AND THE SOUTH 5 FEET THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, notarized letters of agreement have been signed by affected property owners <br /> of 7532 and 7540 Silver Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor subdivision and <br /> determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and 1204 of the municipal <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a revised certificate of survey for the two <br /> properties; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the City with revised utility and drainage easement <br /> documents for 7532 and 7540 Silver Lake Road. <br />
