Mounds View City Council June 13, 2016 <br />Regular Meeting Page 10 <br /> <br /> 1 <br />Mayor Flaherty commented that some of the proposed licenses were no longer businesses within 2 <br />the City of Mounds View. City Administrator Ericson explained these businesses would be 3 <br />removed from the list. 4 <br /> 5 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8594, a 6 <br />Resolution Approving Mounds View Business Licenses for the Period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 7 <br />2016. 8 <br /> 9 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 10 <br /> 11 <br />H. Resolution 8597, Approving a Joint Seal Coat Project with the City of 12 <br />Fridley on Pleasant View Drive. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked if the City’s side of Pleasant View Drive had curb and 15 <br />gutter. Public Works Supervisor Peterson was uncertain. He did not believe this portion of 16 <br />roadway had curb and gutter. 17 <br /> 18 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8597, 19 <br />Approving a Joint Seal Coat Project with the City of Fridley on Pleasant View Drive. 20 <br /> 21 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 22 <br /> 23 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 24 <br /> 25 <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as presented. 28 <br /> 29 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 30 <br /> 31 <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 32 <br />A. May 23, 2016, City Council Meeting Minutes. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Council Member Meehlhause requested a correction on Page 2, Line 19 stating the sentence 35 <br />should read liquor store’s. 36 <br /> 37 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. To Approve the May 23 , 2016, City Council meeting 38 <br />minutes as amended. 39 <br /> 40 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 41 <br /> 42 <br />11. REPORTS 43 <br />A.
