City Administrator Ericson explained these businesses would be 3 <br />removed from the list. 4 <br /> 5 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8594, a 6 <br />Resolution Approving Mounds View Business Licenses for the Period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 7 <br />2016. 8 <br /> 9 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 10 <br /> 11 <br />H. Resolution 8597, Approving a Joint Seal Coat Project with the City of 12 <br />Fridley on Pleasant View Drive. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked if the City’s side of Pleasant View Drive had curb and 15 <br />gutter. Public Works Supervisor Peterson was uncertain. He did not believe this portion of 16 <br />roadway had curb and gutter. 17 <br /> 18 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Mueller.
