Contents of Application: <br /> <br />a. Application: Every application for an intoxicating or wine license shall be verified <br />and filed with the City Administrator. It shall state the name of the applicant, applicant’s <br />age, representations as to applicant’s character, references as may be required, <br />whether the application is for on-sale or off-sale, the business in connection with which <br />the proposed licensee will operate, its location, whether the applicant is owner and <br />operator of the business, how long applicant has been or is operating a similar business <br />at that place, whether applicant has been or is operating a similar business at some <br />other location (if so, the name of the establishment) and such other information as the <br />Council may require, from time to time. Form: In addition to containing such information, each application for a license shall <br />be in the form prescribed by the Commissioner. (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />c. False Statements: No person shall make a false statement in an application. <br />Subd. 2. Floor Plan: The application shall provide a floor plan of the interior of all <br />structures on the premises. Such plan shall show the dimensions and the intended <br />arrangement and use of all interior space. (1988 Code §100.03) (Amended, Ord. 843, 5- <br />20-10) <br /> <br />502.06: LICENSE FEES: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Payment Required: Each application for an intoxicating liquor or wine license <br />shall be accompanied by a receipt from the City Finance Director/Treasurer for payment <br />in full of the required fee for the license. All fees shall be paid into the General Fund of <br />the City. Upon rejection of any application for a license, the Finance Director/Treasurer <br />shall refund the amount paid less the amount established by resolution of the City <br />Council for investigation of the applicant’s qualifications. (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Fees: <br />a. The annual fee for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license without cabaret, an on-sale <br />intoxicating liquor license with cabaret and an on-sale wine license shall be established <br />by resolution of the City Council and shall be paid prior to June 30 of each year, or one- <br />half (1/2) of the fee may be paid prior to June 30 and the other one-half (1/2) paid prior <br />to December 31. (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />b. The annual fee for all other intoxicating liquor licenses shall be established by <br />
