Page 3 <br /> <br />Summary <br />Accessory Dwelling Units are similar to an apartment on the same lot as a single-family <br />home. ADU’s are an option to allow homeowners to age in place by providing an <br />independent dwelling for a caretaker, relative, or other renter to live.
