<br />RESOLUTION 8635 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OR RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE <br />PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, effective October 7, 2016, Brandon Stenglein resigned as Project <br />Coordinator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department will have a need to fill this full-time, <br />non-exempt position, due to Mr. Stenglein’s resignation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff would like to start the process of advertising for the Project <br />Coordinator position immediately. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorizes staff to prepare and post an advertisement for a full-time, non- <br />exempt position of “Project Coordinator” within the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />NOW, MAY IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that once a qualified candidate is <br />selected for the Project Coordinator position, staff would seek authorization from the City <br />Council to hire the individual. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of September, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
