Oath of Office – Police Chief Nathaniel Harder. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Flaherty administered the Oath of Office to Police Chief Nathaniel Harder and welcomed 38 <br />him to the City of Mounds View. A round of applause was offered by all in attendance. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Police Chief Harder introduced himself to the City Council and those in attendance. He 41 <br />discussed his career in law enforcement and stated he looked forward to serving the residents of 42 <br />Mounds View. 43 <br /> 44 <br /> B. Car Show Trophy Presentation. 45
