<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8639 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT OF <br />“STEIL ADDITION”; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA2016-01 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Timothy Steil and Kelly Steil has requested approval of a preliminary plat <br />and final plat for a major subdivision; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the above described lands are zoned R-1 Single Family Residential, guided <br />for Detached Single-Family residential, and legally described as: <br /> <br /> <br />Lot 33, Knollowod Park <br />PIN: 07-30-23-32-0001 <br /> <br />And; <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Hidden Hollow <br />PIN: 07-30-23-32-0026 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Preliminary Plat and Final Plat would create two developable <br />parcels from two parcels (no net increase in lots); and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development and Public Works staff, and City Attorney <br />have reviewed the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat, and finds that it satisfies the minimum <br />subdivision requirements as articulated in Titles 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal <br />Code and complies with county platting requirements; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd 3, the subdivision is not subject <br />to a Park Dedication Fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the Preliminary Plat on <br />September 21, 2016, recommending approval of the Preliminary Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council held an advertised Public Hearing on <br />October 10, 2016 for the Preliminary Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br />
