Staff also recommends a 5% contingency of $1,988.33 for any unforeseen <br />issues that may arise to be funded from account 252-4350-5130, Repairs <br />Equipment. <br /> <br />8. City Council approve the quotes to perform the building maintenance needs <br />and building alterations as listed from the various vendors and contractors at <br />the Community Center at a cost of $39,766.63, and use the funds from <br />account 480-4180-7050 which includes $40,000.00 for expansion and <br />remodel of the exercise room. <br /> <br />9. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />10.
