RESOLUTION 8651 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVE DESIGN AND AUTHORIZE SEEKING QUOTES FOR STORMWATER <br />IMPROVEMENT AT 2255 LAMBERT AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has received $19,292.00 from the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District’s Urban Stormwater Remediation Cost Share Program; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has $50,000.00 in the Storm Water Fund, System <br />Maintenance budget for completing this remediation project at 2255 Lambert Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has $25,000.00 in the Storm Water Fund, System <br />Maintenance budget for completing storm water projects; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a design has been prepared to have this work performed; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer will seek a minimum of three quotes for completing this <br />work . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Council approves the plans for the stormwater remediation project at 2255 <br />Lambert Avenue. <br />2. The City Engineer is directed to seek a minimum of three quotes for completion of <br />this work <br />3. The City Engineer shall bring back the quotes to the City Council for award of this <br />project at the earliest time possible. <br />4. The City Council authorizes the use of $1,752.50 from the storm water projects line <br />item if necessary. <br />5.
