In accordance <br />with Section 3.45 of Mounds View Personnel Manual, Ms. Bednar is authorized a sick time <br />payout totaling $9,341.33 to her Retirement Health Savings Plan. This is calculated as <br />585.15 accrued/unused sick hours times 65% times her hourly rate of $24.56. <br /> <br />Resolution 8648 provides a payout on Ms. Bednar’s vacation time. In accordance with <br />Section 3.47 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Ms. Bednar is authorized a vacation <br />time payout totaling $8,156.62 to her Retirement Health Savings Plan.
