<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8650 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF A CIGARETTE/TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br />MERWIN LIQUORS LOCATED AT 2577 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merwin Liquors is requesting City Council approval for a <br />Cigarette/Tobacco License located at the former Big Top Liquors (2577 Mounds View <br />Boulevard); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merwin Liquors have submitted the appropriate application materials <br />and fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from October 25, 2016 - June 30, <br />2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License to Merwin Liquors located at 2577 <br />Mounds View Boulevard from October 25, 2016 to June 30, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 24th day of October, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
