RESOLUTION 8354 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MISCELLANOUS CASH DONATIONS FOR 2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MN Statute 465.03 requires cities to accept donations by resolution; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a cash donation during 2014 in support of advertising <br />for the Festival in the Park of $6,504; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received several miscellaneous K9 donations during 2014 <br />totaling $1,618 as detailed in the City’s general ledger. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />gratefully acknowledges and accepts the miscellaneous donations of $8,122 from several <br />donors for 2014. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 13th day of January, 2015 <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ____________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
