Reports of Staff. 2 <br /> 3 <br />City Administrator Ericson reviewed a revised fee schedule with the Council and noted three 4 <br />changes with regard to surcharges. He requested the Council discuss and approve the amended 5 <br />fee schedule by motion. 6 <br /> 7 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Amended 2015 Fee Schedule. 8 <br /> 9 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Public Works Director DeBar discussed the sediment sampling results from Silver View Pond 12 <br />with the Council. He was happy to report that all samples were Level 1, which would reduce the 13 <br />expense for the project. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Public Works Director DeBar thanked the Council and residents for allowing him to serve the 16 <br />City of Mounds View for the past six years. He appreciated the confidence and support the 17 <br />Council has offered him. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Flaherty commended Public Works Director DeBar for his efforts on behalf of the City, 20 <br />for his professionalism and wished him well in his new position. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Mayor Flaherty stated it has been a pleasure serving with the Council and staff in 2014. He 23 <br />wished everyone a safe and happy holiday season. 24 <br /> 25 <br />C.
