The reason for <br /> this request is that the property has recently been subdivided into two lots. <br /> Old PIN: 06-30-23-34-0005-6 <br /> 410 <br /> New PIN: 06-30-23-34-0074-0 <br /> 06-30-23-34-0075-3 <br /> Attached is proposed Resolution No. 5077 approving the reapportionment of assessments in the <br /> amount of$120 still owed for sanitary sewer.
