ORDINANCE NO. 943 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 100, CHAPTERS 101, 103,104,105,106, AND 107 <br />OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE RELATING TO CITY ADMINISTRATION <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 100, Chapter <br />101, Section 101.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined <br />material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br />101.06: ADOPTION OF CODES, STATUTES AND ORDINANCES BY REFERENCE}: <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 471.62, various codes, statutes and new ordinances are adopted by <br />reference in this Code. In all cases where codes, statutes and ordinances have been adopted by <br />reference, three-(3)two 2 copies thereof shall be marked as official copies and maintained on file <br />with the Municipal City Administrator. These copies are available for public inspection. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 100, Chapter <br />103, Section 103.02 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined <br />material as follows and renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly: <br />Subd. 11. HOME RULE CHARTER: The City Charter of the City of Mounds View. <br />SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 100, Chapter <br />104, Section 104.01, Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding <br />the double -underlined material and deleting the striekea material as follows: <br />Subd. 1. Misdemeanors: Unless another penalty is expressly provided in this Code and <br />except for the provisions of subdivision 2 hereafter, any person violating any provisions of this <br />Code or any rule or regulation adopted or issued in pursuance thereof or any provision of any <br />Code adopted herein by reference shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than <br />seven thousand dollars ($71=000.00) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety <br />(90) days or both. <br />Subd. 2. Petty Misdemeanors: Any person convicted of a petty misdemeanor shall be <br />subject to a fine of not more than twothree hundred dollars ($23_00.00).' <br />Subd. 3.
