Work is being performed on a conduit bond issue for Catholic <br />Eldercare. Coordinate logistics with City staff regarding same. Draft resolution and <br />draft and publish a notice of public hearing. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU125-47: General Zoning Matters. Review zoning questions and issues (RLUIPA). Matter is <br />presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-164: Utility Franchise Matters. Review franchises and consult with City staff regarding <br />same. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-179: Street Improvement Projects. Work on project issues and matters. Review and revise <br />authorizing resolution. Several notices of legal claims have been presented to the <br />City and have been tendered for defense by the League of Minnesota cities Insurance <br />Trust.
