He reviewed the formal dates within the timeline. 6 <br /> 7 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 899, Amending Chapters 1102 13 <br />and 1106 of the Mounds View Zoning Code to Allow Columbaria on 14 <br />Properties owned by Religious Institutions – Roll Call Vote 15 <br /> 16 <br />Planning Associate Heller explained the Council introduced this Ordinance at the April 27, 2015 17 <br />City Council meeting. She discussed the growing need for columbaria and recommended that 18 <br />the Council adopt Ordinance 899, which would allow Columbaria on properties owned by 19 <br />religious institutions. 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance 899, 22 <br />Amending Chapters 1102 and 1106 of the Mounds View Zoning Code to Allow Columbaria on 23 <br />Properties owned by Religious Institutions. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Council Member Meehlhause thanked the Planning Commission and staff for addressing this 26 <br />matter and making a recommendation to the City Council. 27 <br /> 28 <br />ROLL CALL: Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller/ Flaherty. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br />H.
