ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 906 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONTINUING A FRANCHISE FEE ON XCEL ENERGY ELECTRIC <br />AND NATURAL GAS OPERATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNDS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On August 24, 2015, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which <br />continues a 4% franchise fee on Xcel Energy electric and natural gas operations within <br />the City of Mounds View for the year 2016. This ordinance will sunset on December 31, <br />2016. <br /> <br />A copy of Ordinance 906 is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the <br />City Administrator.
