Staff mailed <br />notices to all property owners within 350 feet of the applicant’s property and a notice was <br />published in the Sun Focus newspaper. Staff received a phone call on August 7, 2015 from <br />the property owners at 2210 Bronson Drive who stated that they were in support of this new <br />garage. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Hold the public hearing and take testimony from staff, the applicant and the public. Review <br />the plans and discuss the proposed garage.
