15 <br /> <br />August is a busy month with activities around the city and the third weekend brings the <br />annual Festival in the Park event! Along with the parade in the morning, a 5K run and bike <br />ride also occurred during the early part of the day. <br />Once again the K-9 demonstration from Officer Erickson and Niko is a Festival highlight and <br />they did not disappoint the crowd. <br /> <br /> Officers gather during the Festival to plan the K-9 demonstration <br />
