of Mounds View Staff <br />Item No: 0713(3) <br />Meeting Date: Mav 1__ 2 2014 <br />Type of Business: CB <br />Administrator Review: — <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Desaree Crane, Assistant City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Public Hearing, Resolution 8258, a Resolution to Consider <br />an Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino and Stogies, <br />located at 2345 County Road H2 <br />Background: <br />In accordance with Chapter 502 of the Mounds View City Code, a public hearing is <br />required for all liquor license renewals. <br />Vino and Stogies have not submitted the city liquor license application materials and the <br />applicable fees. Application materials and fees were due to the City on May 7, 2014. <br />The notice of this public hearing was sent to the business owner and to residences <br />within a 350 feet radius. The Notice of Public Hearing was also published in the City's <br />official newspaper. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends opening the Public Hearing for public comment, and postpone this <br />item to the next City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Auaty,� <br />Desaree Crane <br />
