RESOLUTION 8259 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires June 30, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor <br />License for the period of July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, contingent on satisfactory report <br />from the Mounds View Police Department, and a satisfactory criminal background check. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the period of July <br />1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police <br />Department, and a satisfactory criminal background check. <br />Adopted this 12th day of May, 2014. <br />ATTEST: Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
