The City of Mounds View issued an intoxicating liquor license for EI Loro effective July 1, 2013, and their renewal is before the City Council for consideration. EI Loro's Intoxicating Liquor License will expire June 30, 2014. Discussion: The notice of this public hearing was sent out to residences within a 350 feet radius, and the Notice of Public Hearing was published in the City's official newspaper. are current on this property. Property taxes EI Loro has submitted their city liquor license application materials and the applicable fees. The deadline for submitting liquor license applications and fees was on Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
