RESOLUTION NO. 8241 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year January 2014 through December 2014 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to <br />cover the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 and has received <br />proposed policies from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust. (LMCIT) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT for the <br />period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 and to make payment of premiums <br />as they become due: <br />Comprehensive Municipal Coverage (LCMIT) $ 91,341 <br />Worker's Compensation (LCMIT) 116,522 <br />Total $207,863 <br />Adopted this 141h Day of April 2014. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br />Jim Ericson <br />City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
