3033 Bronson Subdivision Staff Report <br />April 28, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />Easements. <br />With most subdivisions, the City requires the owner to dedicate drainage and utility <br />easements around the perimeter of the lot. These easements (10 foot front and rear, 5 foot <br />sides) are shown on the survey. <br />Public Notice. <br />No public notice is required for a minor subdivision but staff mailed letters to all adjoining <br />property owners to notify them of the subdivision request. <br />Summary. <br />The proposed subdivision will split 3033 Bronson Drive into two parcels. All minimum City <br />requirements are met with this request.
