Feedback Received
Box Dimensions:
H: 8 feet
W: 7.66 feet
L: 28 feet
Total Length:
36 feet
Gerald: Adamantly against commercial vehicles in residential districts
Betty: Absolutely does not want increase in commercial vehicles within the city. Does
not want to see an increase in the limits and was part of the petition of over two
hundred signatures to prevent it before. She states she doesn't want to see any
changes.
Abbey: I'd rather see a commercial vehicle (as long as they are in working condition) over
permanently parked junker cars.
Steven: As long as it's not casting a giant shadow on a neighbor's yard/house, it's not
blocking traffic visibility around a curve/corner, and its registration is maintained
(doesn't become a lot -rot junker), then I'm ok with them being parked on
residential properties (much like an RV would be). I understand that some people
operate businesses out of their home and need a place to park their work vehicle.
I don't think there's a need to ban them, but free reign isn't the answer either.
Blair: 1 wouldn't like to see this in my neighborhood. It would be better than permanently
parked junker cars. It shouldn't have to be either/or.
Eric: I think people need to keep their noses in their own yards!!! What I have in my
yard or driveway should not concern anyone!! One mans junk is none of your
business!!! People buy and pay for their houses and pay their property taxes and
should be able to have whatever they want. You may not like it but they probably
love it.
Michael: Being more of a bedroom community, I don't think we should allow for these
vehicles to park on city streets.
Sara: I wouldn't like to see [commercial vehicles] in my neighborhood.
