Recently, staff reviewed <br />this policy with the City Council and pointed out that the strict reading of the policy was <br />rather onerous ar amount <br />would not pply.nd limiting, The City Coudndid not provide for a cill agreed that the policy should be ulwhich the policy <br />updated. <br />Discussion: <br />The City Council review Resolution 6217 at its work session on November 4, 2013. There <br />was agreement amongst the Council that there should be some flexibility built into the <br />policy along with a dollar amount below which the City Administrator would be able to <br />declare an item surplus or subject to disposal.
