RESOLUTION NO. 8211 <br />iKENNEL LICENSE i <br />W <br />3033 WOODALE DRIVE FOR JENNIFER BODE <br />WHEREAS, Jennifer Bode has applied for a Residential Kennel Licensep <br />located at her residence, 3033 Woodale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork, petition and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the petition does contain signatures of more than 50% of all <br />registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet (500') of <br />3033 Woodale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2014. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />Council does grant a residential kennel <br />Woodale Drive. <br />RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />license to Jennifer Bode located at 3033 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will <br />expire June 30, 2014. <br />Adopted this 27th day of January, 2014. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
