She explained the firefighters would be handing out <br />candy canes to children and would be collecting non-perishable food items. <br />3. Motion to Consider Cancelation of the December 23, 2013, City <br />Council Meeting. <br />City Administrator Ericson stated typically the Council cancels the second meeting in December. <br />He indicated if the Council wanted to cancel this meeting, a motion would be required. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Flull, To Cancel the December 23, 2013, City Council Meeting. <br />Ayes — 5 <br />C.
