Monday, November 25, 2013, City Council Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Approve the Monday, November 25, 2013, <br />agenda as revised amending the Roll Call. <br />Ayes — 5 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />None. <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br />None. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Truth in Taxation. <br />Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />Finance Director Beer indicated this Special meeting fulfilled the City's statutory need to hold a <br />Truth in Taxation hearing. He reviewed the proposed 2014 budget in detail indicating it was the <br />City's mission to provide high quality public services at a fiscally responsible rate in a customer <br />friendly mamler. General fund expenditures by purpose were reviewed along with expenditures <br />by fmiction. He noted this meeting would allow the public a time to voice concerns on the <br />proposed. tax levy noting the final budget would be approved by the Council on December 9, <br />2013. <br />
