National Public Works Week Proclamation 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation declaring May 18-24, 2014 to be National Public Works 35 <br />Week in the City of Mounds View. He thanked the Public Works Department for their dedicated 36 <br />service to the City and its residents. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> B. Oath of Office Ceremony for Police Officer Jeffrey Martin 39 <br /> 40 <br />Police Chief Kinney introduced newly appointed Police Officer Jeffrey Martin to the Council. 41 <br />He reported Officer Martin has been working for the Mounds View Police Department since 42 <br />January and has successfully completed his field training. 43 <br /> 44
