Resolution 8257, a Resolution to Consider Approval of an Off-Sale 10 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for Big Top Liquor, located at 2577 11 <br />County Road 10. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated that in accordance with City Code a public hearing was 14 <br />required for all liquor licenses. She reported that Big Top Liquor has submitted all necessary 15 <br />application paperwork and fees. She recommended approval of the Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor 16 <br />License for Big Top Liquor contingent upon a satisfactory compliance and criminal background 17 <br />check from the BCA. It was noted the liquor license would be in effect from July 1, 2014 through 18 <br />June 30, 2015. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:22 p.m. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:22 p.m. 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8257, 25 <br />a Resolution to Consider Approval of an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Big Top 26 <br />Liquor, located at 2577 County Road 10, contingent upon a satisfactory compliance and criminal 27 <br />background check from the BCA. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Mueller thanked Big Top Liquor for the compliance training this establishment 30 <br />provides to their employees. 31 <br /> 32 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 33 <br /> 34 <br />3. Resolution 8258, a Resolution to Consider Approval of an Off-Sale 35 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino & Stoggies, located at 2345 36 <br />County Road H2. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated that in accordance with City Code a public hearing was 39 <br />required for all liquor licenses. She reported that Vino & Stoggies submitted their paperwork on 40 <br />May 12, 2014 and staff has not had time to review the materials.
